Draw Bench is made 5 feet X 60 feet long & wire drawing spool made in single and double die system, Bull block system for wire drawing fitted with water cooling to increase drawing machine die life.

KEW Casters is a wholly Indian, Independent company based in Delhi, India. The company specializes in the design, construction and operation of Continuous Casting Equipment for the non-ferrous metal industries & jewelry Industry.

Continuous Casting Machine:
The KEW Casters mark Horizontal Continuous Casting Machine is Heated electrically through graphite resistance elements. The crucibles & Die Assembly are also manufactured in high grade graphite. Integrated melting and casting are carried out in an inert gas (n2) Atmosphere. Thus minimizing melting losses, and purifying the molten metal and protecting vital components from oxidation. The crucible may be expected to have alife of seversal years and the die four to six weeks continuous running.

Raw material may be ingot, scrap or dwarf and is filter fed into the top of the machine at approximately 15 minutes intervals; standard machine capacity is 2 tonnes per 24 hours period. Though machines with greater or smaller capacities may be built.

Metal & Alloys:
All castable non-ferrous metals, including among others stamping & machining brasses, manganese brass, gun metals, tin bronze, phosphorous bronze, copper, DHP copper, tekurium copper & alloys of Tin & Zinc, also Silver and gold all type Gold Carats – 10 to 24 carats, silver, sterling silver, 80:20 Silver etc.

Vertical Casting Machine

Vertical Casting Machine

The unique features of the KEW Casters Upward Vertical Continuous casting Process combine to produce Semi-Finished Rods and Hollow Bars of High and Consistent Quality. Oxygen Free 8mm to 40 mm rods and hollow tube are cast from red berry scrap or cathodes (Electrolytic Copper, Brasses 63:37) insuring high conductivity for use in wire, cable and refrigeration industries. The heated crucible is charged with the feedstock. Molten metal passes through the die mounted at the lower end of the super coolers. Moving withdrawal unit mounted on the platform is precisely controlled by sequence controller, hydro motor/servo motor and DC motor drive. Controlled coiler up to 3 metric ton for 8 mm to 19 mm copper rods are offered. More than 84 KEW CASTERS have been commissioned in INDIA, BANGLADESH, THAILAND & EAST AFRICA. We can make UP CASTERS to suit your specific capacity requirement and application. Ranging from 30 kg/hr (one strands) to 480 Kg/hr (16 Strands) capacity.

Annealing Furnaces

All types of Electric Annealing Furnace for MUFFLE FURNACES & CONVEYOR TYPE SHEET ANNEALING FURNACE. We also manufacture annealing furnaces with Ammonia crackers for bright Annealing in Copper, Silver, Brass & Gold Strip and Sheet.

Furnace is made with Kenthol & Nicrome wire and is insulated from inside with Low mass high density Ceramic fibers insulation. Muffle are made from requirement for S.S 310, 316 & 304.

Machine includes panel with a conveyor with DC Motor speed control of 5mm per minute to 150mm per minute . Conveyor is made by 310 SS wire mesh or chain type.
